Welcome to the Physics 2M web page.  This is a First Year Seminar examining the impact physics is presently making on the practice of clinical medicine.  We will learn the relevant physics, how it applies to various modern diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and also discuss the societal, economic and health policy issues they raise. There is also some very interesting physics behind many of the body’s systems and functions. We will look into those as well.
